Email [email protected]. Describe the issue and, if useful, include your app version and iOS version. Please do not send private photos, payment details, or passwords.

Photo access

You can change photo access in iOS Settings → Apps → CleanSpace AI → Photos. Limited access means the app can analyze only the photos you selected.

Review before deleting

Analysis suggests candidates; you choose what to keep. Always review your selection and keep backups. Deletions can sync through iCloud Photos. If you delete something accidentally, check Recently Deleted in Apple Photos promptly.

Premium and restoration

Monthly Premium renews automatically. Lifetime Premium is a single purchase. Both unlock all similar-photo groups and Swipe Mode for those groups. Tap Restore on the Premium screen using the Apple Account that purchased Premium. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Apple handles billing and refunds: request help from Apple.

iCloud and analysis

Some media may need an iCloud download before analysis can complete. The app shows incomplete results and retry options. File sizes are logical or estimated media sizes and do not guarantee how much local storage a deletion will recover.
